In afternoon trading on Tuesday, Energy stocks are the best performing sector, higher by 1.3%. Within that group, Noble Corp plc (NYSE: NE) and Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (NYSE: DO) are two of the day's stand-outs, showing a gain of 4.8% and 4.6%, respectively.
